These Terms govern your use of eroticnatter.com (the “Website”), the public home of Erotic Natter. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. “Erotic Natter,” “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Website. Contact: f@eroticnatter.com.

1. What the Website offers

The Website features story covers, synopses, excerpts, character profiles, artwork, editorial posts and announcements. It lets you join The Heat Within newsletter, send enquiries, and follow links to full stories on Ream.

2. Eligibility

The Website promotes adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use it.

3. Links to Ream

Our full stories, audio, memberships, payments and subscriber features are on Ream. When you click through, you leave the Website, and Ream’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. We are not responsible for Ream’s content, availability or practices.

4. Story previews and imagery

The Website shows sensual but non-explicit material, including covers, synopses, short excerpts, character profiles, promotional artwork and blog posts. Individual story pages may contain more mature previews, adult language and content warnings, and are shown only after the 18+ gate. Full, explicit stories are available only on Ream.

All content is fiction. Every character depicted in a sexual or romantic situation is an adult aged 18 or older.

Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Content warnings appear on each story page so you can choose what to read.

5. Ownership

The Erotic Natter name, logo, excerpts, artwork, character material, text and design belong to Erotic Natter. You may share links to Website pages but may not copy or republish any of this material without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website if you are under 18, submit false information, send spam or abusive messages through the contact form, upload malicious code, or scrape the Website.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any consumer rights to bring proceedings where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with a revised effective date.
