We collect only your newsletter and contact-form details, use them only to communicate with you, and never sell them. This policy covers visitors worldwide, including rights under the EU and UK GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

2. Sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, forms and analytics, who process data only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not pass your details to Ream; if you join Ream, you share data with Ream directly.

3. International transfers

We operate from Canada, and providers may store data in Canada, the US or elsewhere. For transfers out of the EU/UK, we rely on Canada’s adequacy status or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email f@eroticnatter.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.

6. Security and children

We use HTTPS and restricted access to protect your data. The Website is not for anyone under 18; we delete any data we learn came from a minor.

7. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
